Høvik, 24 September 2021: House of Control Group AS (HOC) today announces the
closing of the acquisition of Egreement AB. Reference is made to the Oslo Stock
Exchange notification from House of Control Group AS (the "Company") of 14
September 2021 regarding the share purchase agreement related to the acquisition
of 100% of the shares in Egreement AB. The Company is pleased to announce that
the acquisition was finalized and closed on 24 September 2021, as outlined in
the 14 September 2021 notification. The transaction will be settled by SEK 43.3
million in cash.
