Høvik, 3 November: House of Control Group AS (HOC) today announces the closing
of the acquisition of Keyforce AS.
Reference is made to the Oslo Stock Exchange notification from House of Control
Group AS (the "Company") of 29 October 2021 regarding the share purchase
agreement related to the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Keyforce AS. The
Company is pleased to announce that the acquisition was finalized and closed on
3 November 2021, as outlined in the 29 October 2021 notification. The
transaction will be settled by NOK 42.5 million in cash.
