Huddlestock, a leading provider of investment technology and services through
its two business areas Investment-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Consulting (Visigon),
has entered into an agreement to provide consulting services to a new
undisclosed wealth management customer located in Denmark. The Visigon team will
support the customer in technology and business processes, and the agreement is
a result of combined sales efforts across IaaS and Consulting.

Visigon currently delivers professional services to leading tier-one banks and
financial institutions in Sweden and Denmark. Leveraging its extensive
experience, the team will guide the wealth management industry in aligning its
processes and technology with the high standards of its existing customers.

Huddlestock operates in a self-reinforcing growth market characterized by an
increasing number of investment platforms, more investors, and evolving investor
preferences. The IaaS-platform is set to be the company's main growth driver,
give customers access to investment tools and expertise without the need for
extensive infrastructure or in-house resources and quickly deploy modern and
cost-effective financial services solutions.

Within its existing geographies in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, Huddlestock sees
a large untapped potential for the group's combined technology and services. The
company pursues this both by upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
across the groups divisions, while it is continuously pursuing new customer
wins.
