Huddlestock Fintech AS (the "Company") is planning a distribution of dividend in
kind of NOK 0.0238 per share, in total approximately NOK 6,771,049.0967. The
distribution is made in the form of shares in Done.ai - http://Done.ai - 
http://done.ai Group AB ("Done.ai - http://Done.ai - http://done.ai"), where
each 306 shares (rounded) in the Company will give the holder right to receive 1
share in Done.ai - http://Done.ai - http://done.ai, valued at NOK 7.2844 per
share. The distribution of the dividend is contingent on the shareholder having
obtained an account to which the shares in Done.ai - http://Done.ai - 
http://done.ai may be received.
