Mandatory notification of trade - Redelivery of shares to Andritz AG

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by HydrogenPro ASA
(the "Company") regarding the completion of a private placement on 22 June
2026.

To facilitate DVP settlement of the offer shares allocated to investors in the
private placement, Andritz AG has lent a total of 15,994,036 existing and
unencumbered shares in the Company already admitted to trading to Clarksons
Securities AS in its capacity as settlement agreement.

Following registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the private
placement, Andritz AG has now received 15,994,036 new shares from the
settlement agent as redelivery of the borrowed shares, representing approx.
12.74% of the issued shares and votes in the Company.
