HYN: Possible delisting

Oslo, 27.08.2026 - Hynion AS (the "Company") has received a letter dated 26
August 2026 from Euronext
Oslo Børs stating that the exchange will consider whether the Company's shares
should be delisted. The
exchange refers to the outstanding 2025 annual report, previous delays in the
Company's financial reporting,
outstanding invoices to Euronext, and its view that the Company does not
currently have an ongoing business
suitable for listing.Pursuant to Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book Part II section
3.18 (4), the Company has been invited to explain what measures may be taken for
the Company to again become suitable for listing, and has been given a deadline
of 9 September 2026 to respond. 

The Company will respond within the deadline.

The Company's shares remain suspended from trading in accordance with the
Company.
