Frøya 22 May 2023 - Ice Fish Farm AS- (the "Company", ticker: IFISH) announces
that its board of directors today has approved the Company's annual report for
2022.
The following changes have been made from Q4 report:
- Operating EBIT before fair value adjustment of biomass decreased by NOKm 2.4
- Net finance cost increased by NOKm 12.7. Main reason is due to change in FX
income, increased Interest cost and finance cost due to refinancing of the
company
- Profit for the year decreased by NOKm 18.9
- Exchange differences on translation of foreign operations decreased by NOKm
5.2
- Total comprehensive income decreased by NOKm 13.7
Furthermore, there were some non-material changes in the classifications in the
balance sheet.
