More Colly AS, a company fully owned by CFO Martin Fleisje, has purchased 18.175
shares in Induct at an average price of NOK 5.18 per share. After the
transaction, More Colly AS holds 204.675 shares in Induct AS. The shares were
purchased and subscribed on Thursday 16th and 17th February 2023.
