Oslo, 24 April 2025. Reference is made to the announcement by Induct AS
("Induct" or the "Company") on 23 April 2025 regarding the completion of private
placement of new shares in the Company with gross proceeds in the amount of
approximately NOK 14.5 million (the "Private Placement"). 

The following primary insiders and close associates have been allocated shares
in the Private Placement, as further specified in the attached notification

management, has been allocated 333,333 shares
o	Solvik Holding, a close associate of board member Ole Jørgen Karud, has been
allocated 485,333 shares
o	Jarah Invest AS, a close associate of board member Jan Ragnar Herud, has been
allocated 1,000,000 shares
o	Montebello Vinselskap, a close associate of chairman of the board Karl Anders
Grønland, has been allocated 249,999 shares
o	JEM AS, a close associate of board member Jan Herud, has been allocated
166,667 shares
