Induct AS - Annual general meeting held

Reference is made to an invitation sent to shareholders to participate in
Induct's annual general meeting. The annual general meeting was held as a
digital meeting on 29 June 2026 at 12:00 hours (CEST). 

Each of the resolutions set out in the notice for the annual general meeting was
duly passed. The signed minutes from the annual general meeting will be
published in a separate stock exchange announcement.
