Oslo, 24 April 2024. Reference is made to the announcement by Induct AS
("Induct" or the "Company") on 23 April 2024 regarding a private placement of
new shares, and that the Company is considering conducting a subsequent share
offering (the "Subsequent Offering") with non-tradeable subscription rights for
up to 1,666,667 new shares in the Company.

The shares in Induct will be traded exclusive the right to participate in the
Subsequent Offering as from today, 24 April 2024.
