Disclosure of large shareholding - Infront ASA

Inflexion Buyout V Investments LP, a limited partnership advised by Inflexion
Private Equity Partners LLP, has today, 12 February 2021, acquired 2,247,437
shares in Infront ASA. Inflexion Buyout V Investments LP is the indirect parent
company of Dash BidCo AS, which on 25 January 2021 launched a voluntary offer
for all of the shares in Infront ASA, as announced on such date.

Subsequent of this acquisition, Inflexion Buyout V Investments LP owns together
with its affiliates a total of 2,824,327 shares in Infront ASA, representing
6.50% of the total outstanding share capital of the company.
