Inflexion Buyout V Investments LP, a limited partnership advised by Inflexion
Private Equity Partners LLP, has today, 1 March 2021, acquired 1,756,070 shares
in Infront ASA. Inflexion Buyout V Investments LP is the indirect parent company
of Dash BidCo AS, which on 25 January 2021 launched a voluntary offer for all of
the shares in Infront ASA, as announced on such date.
Subsequent of this acquisition, Inflexion Buyout V Investments LP owns together
with its affiliates a total of 4,621,694 shares in Infront ASA, representing
10.64% of the total outstanding share capital of the company.
