Meeting to be held on Thursday, 17 June 2021 at 13:00 at Advokatfirmaet Selmer's
premises at Tjuvholmen allé 1, Oslo, Norway. The Notice of the Annual General
Meeting is enclosed and can be found on Infront's website at

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to the restrictions caused by Covid-19 and advice from the Norwegian
authorities in connection therewith, all shareholders are encouraged to exercise
their shareholder rights without physical attendance at the general meeting,
either through advance electronic voting through VPS Investor Services or by
using the enclosed proxy form to grant a proxy to the chairman of the board of
directors (or the person he appoints) to vote for its shares at the general
meeting. For more information about attendance and proxies, including the
applicable deadlines for this, reference is made to the information set out at
the end of this notice and in the enclosed registration and proxy forms.
