Oslo, 11 October 2021: Infront AS ("Infront" or the "Company", and together with
its subsidiaries the "Group"), has mandated ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Danske
Bank to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing on 11 October
2021. A 5-year senior secured fixed rate bond issue of EUR 130 million may
follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. Net proceeds from the bond
issue will be applied to call the existing EUR 105m INFRNT01 (19/23) FRN bond in
full on or about 15 November 2021 at the call price of 102.156% of par and for
general corporate purposes.
