Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on Monday 11 October 2021.
Infront AS has yesterday successfully printed a new EUR 130 million senior
secured 5 year bond issue with a coupon of 3M Euribor + 425 bps. The transaction
was substantially oversubscribed, and the net proceeds from the bond issuance
will be used to refinance existing debt (including the outstanding bonds with
ISIN NO0010850613) and for general corporate purposes.
ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Danske Bank acted as Joint Lead Managers and
Bookrunners in connection with the placement of the bond issue.
A separate call notice for the outstanding bonds will be issued in due course.
