Reference is made to the offer document dated 22 January 2021 (the "Offer
Document") for the recommended voluntary offer by Dash Bidco AS (the "Offeror")
to acquire all outstanding shares of Infront ASA (the "Company" or "Infront")
against a consideration in cash of NOK 34.40 per share (the "Offer"), and also
to the stock exchange announcements on 15 February 2021 regarding extension of
the offer period, on 16 February 2021 regarding update on acceptances of the
Offer, and on 1 March 2021 regarding an increase of the offer price to NOK 40.00
per share (the "Increased Offer Price"), extension of the offer period and
update on the acceptances of the Offer.

Pursuant to sections 4.2 and 4.9 of the Offer Document, the Offeror hereby
further extends the acceptance period of the Offer until 15 March 2021 at 16:30
hours (CET). As a consequence of the extension, the settlement of the Offer may
be postponed correspondingly, and will take place no later than two weeks after
announcement that the "Minimum Acceptance" and "Regulatory Approval" conditions
have been met or waived, provided that the other closing conditions remain
satisfied until such settlement or are waived by the Offeror.

The Offeror emphasizes that the Increased Offer Price of NOK 40.00 is the final
offer price and that no further increase will be made to the offer price.

Other than set out above, there are no amendments to the terms of the Offer. The
acceptances already tendered will remain binding and there is no need for
shareholders that have accepted to take any action whether to confirm their
acceptances or otherwise.

The Offeror maintains its right to further extend the offer period (one or
several times), but not beyond 5 April 2021 at 16:30 hours (CET).

The Offeror will give an update of the level of acceptances and its shareholding
before the Oslo Stock Exchange opens tomorrow 9 March 2021 due to ongoing
counting of received acceptances.

The complete terms and conditions for the Offer, including procedures for how to
accept the Offer and detailed information regarding settlement, are set out in
the Offer Document, with the Increased Offer Price and amended acceptance period
for the Offer as described herein and in previous stock exchange announcements.
As further detailed and specified in the Offer Document, the completion of the
Offer will be subject to certain conditions being satisfied or waived by the
Offeror (acting in its sole discretion).The amendments to the Offer and this
announcement have been approved by the Oslo Stock Exchange in its capacity as
take-over supervisory authority.
