Exercise of Call Option

Reference is made to the bond terms entered into between Nordic Trustee AS as
bond trustee (the "Bond Trustee") and Infront ASA as the issuer (the "Issuer")
dated 13 May 2019 and as amended from time to time (the "Bond Terms").
Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as in the Bond Terms.
The Issuer has given notice to the Bond Trustee that it wishes to exercise the
Call Option to redeem all Outstanding Bonds pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Voluntary
early redemption - Call Option) of the Bond Terms, as follows:

Record Date: 24 November 2021 
Payment Date: 26 November 2021
Amount: 102.156 % of Nominal Amount of each redeemed Bond plus accrued and
unpaid interest
