All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the
bond terms dated 13 May 2019 (the "Bond Terms").
Infront ASA (the "Issuer") has informed the Nordic Trustee AS (the "Bond
Trustee") that a Put Option Event (Change of Control Event) has occurred on 15
June 2021, in accordance with the Bond Terms, Clause 10.3.
According to Clause 10.3 of the Bond Terms, a right of pre-payment (a "Put
Option") at a price of 101% of the Nominal Amount plus accrued interest is
triggered by a Put Option Event.
