Oslo, 21 December 2018 Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated 16 November 2018 related to the announced acquisition of the operations of the Market Connect division from Spafid Connect S.p.A, a subsidiary of Mediobanca S.p.A. The closing of the transaction was completed on 20 December 2018. The transaction will significantly expand Infront’s European revenue base and market share and represents and important milestone. Market Connect currently provides its products and services to more than 20,000 finance professionals and more than 100,000 retail investors through its partners. The business unit had revenues of EUR 13.1m and EBITDA of EUR 0.9m in its 2017/18 financial year (unaudited).
