Reference is made to the press release published by ININ Group AS (the
"Company") earlier today in respect of a contemplated new senior unsecured bond
issue by its parent company, Qben Infra AB (publ).
The Company has today given notice to Nordic Trustee AS, as bond trustee for the
bondholders under its senior secured NOK 300,000,000 bond issue (ININ01) with
ISIN NO0013105114 (the "Bonds"), of the conditional exercise of its option to
redeem all outstanding Bonds (the "Call Option"). The Bonds will be redeemed at
a price equal to the Make Whole Amount (as defined in the relevant bond terms),
plus accrued and unpaid interest.
Reference is made to the attached notice from Nordic Trustee AS to the
bondholders for further information regarding the Call Option.
