The Annual General Meeting of Inin Group AS will be held on Monday 12 June 2023
at 10.00 (CEST). The meeting will be held at the Company's offices at Henrik
Ibsens gate 100. Pre-registration is needed for attending the meeting and
shareholders may also provide a proxy. Deadline for pre-registration and proxy
is Friday 9 June 2023 at 15.00 (CEST).
The notice of the Annual General Meeting, including the attendance and proxy
forms and the proposed resolutions for the annual general meeting is attached to
this announcement.
