The Board of Directors of Integrated Wind Solutions ASA ("IWS" or the "Company")
has resolved to distribute a cash dividend of NOK 1.00 per share. The resolution
has been made under the authorisation granted by the Company's annual general
meeting on 19 May 2026. The distribution will be classified as a repayment of
paid-in capital.
