The Annual General Meeting of Integrated Wind Solutions ASA will be convened on
27 May 2025 at 10:00 CEST at the Company's offices at Støperigata 2, 0250 Oslo,
Norway.
A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting, attendance and proxy forms, and
associated information, including the Company's Annual Report, can be found on
the Company's website at https://www.integratedwind.com/ and attached to this
press release. The notice and associated information will also be distributed to
shareholders electronically. To ensure receipt of future notifications etc. from
