Integrated Wind Solutions ASA ("Company") has a long-term incentive plan of
cash-settled synthetic share options, as detailed in the 2024 Annual Report.
Primary insiders have exercised a total of 548,050 vested synthetic share
options awarded under the 2021 long-term incentive plan. The Company's
obligation under the plan will be settled in cash.
The exercise price is NOK 62.12, corresponding to the five-day volume-weighted
average price ("VWAP") adjusted for dividends.
The following primary insiders exercised options:
oLars-Henrik Q. Røren, CEO, has exercised 243,750 synthetic share options.
oChristopher Andersen Heidenreich, COO, has exercised 187,500 synthetic share
options.
oMarius Magelie, Group CFO, has exercised 116,800 synthetic share options.
