IWS: PDMR Notification

Integrated Wind Solutions ASA ("Company") has a long-term incentive plan of
cash-settled synthetic share options, as detailed in the 2025 Annual Report.

The Board of Directors has granted synthetic options under the Company's
long-term incentive program. CEO Lars-Henrik Røren has been granted 250,000
synthetic options, COO Christopher Andersen Heidenreich has been granted 220,000
synthetic options, and Group CFO Marius Magelie has been granted 120,000
synthetic options.
