Delayed publication of the Annual Report for 2025
Interoil Exploration and Production ASA (the "Company") informs that the
publication of its Annual Report for 2025 will be delayed.
The delay is primarily related to the divestment of the Company's Argentinian
operations, completed in February 2026. The transaction has increased the
complexity of the financial reporting and audit process. In particular, the
effects and timing of the transaction have impacted the availability, flow and
consolidation of financial information necessary to complete the audit
procedures.
The Company is working closely with its auditors to finalise the Annual Report
and complete all required procedures.
The Company expects to publish the Annual Report for 2025 no later than 15 June
2026.
