ITE: Minutes from Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting in Itera ASA was held today. The meeting unanimously
adopted all items as proposed.  The protocol is enclosed.

A dividend of NOK 0.20 per share will be paid to the company's shareholders per
the date of the Annual General Meeting, 25 May 2020. The shares will be trading
ex-dividend from 26 May 2020.  Pay-out date for the dividend will be 4 June
2020.
