Oslo, 8 June 2026 - Itera ASA ("Itera") today announced that it has achieved
certification to five internationally recognised ISO standards: ISO 9001
(Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), ISO 27001
(Information Security) and ISO 42001 (AI.

The certifications strengthen Itera's competitiveness in regulated and
sustainability-driven markets by improving eligibility in public tenders,
supporting compliance with evolving regulations, and reducing complexity in
sales and delivery processes.

Itera is among a limited number of companies in Europe holding all five
certifications.

ISO 42001, the international standard for AI management systems, was achieved in
May 2026, positioning Itera among the early adopters globally. The certification
supports customers' growing requirements for AI governance and regulation,
including the EU AI Act.

The certifications are based on the Itera Framework, which integrates quality,
environmental management, occupational safety, information security, and AI
governance into a unified operating model across the organisation.

Certified suppliers are increasingly required in procurement processes. The
certifications are expected to strengthen Itera's position in tenders by
improving qualifications, increasing compliance and sustainability scores, and
reducing documentation requirements.

"These certifications represent a structural investment in how we operate and
deliver value to our customers," says Arne Mjøs, CEO of Itera ASA. "They
strengthen our position in regulated markets and expand our access to complex
tenders."
