Jacktel AS - Key information relating to cash dividend

The board of directors of Jacktel AS (the "Company") has resolved to distribute
dividends of USD 0.03 per share, in accordance with the board authorization to
distribute dividends granted by the annual general meeting of the Company held
on 17 June 2026. 

The dividend shall be classified as repayment of paid-in capital for tax
purposes.

Dividend amount: USD 0.03 per share 
Announced currency: USD (with actual payment to be made in NOK, as described
below) 
Last day of trading including right: 31 August 2026 
Ex-date: 1 September 2026

Other information: The distribution has been declared in USD with actual NOK
payment per share to be determined based on the exchange rate at the last day of
trading including the right to receive dividends. This information is published
