KALDVÍK AS (KLDVK): Further extension of waiver period

Frøya,  26 October 2026 - Reference is made to the Company's announcements of 1
and 25 October 2026 regarding the waiver agreement with its lenders.

The  lenders have agreed to further extend  the waiver period until 16:00 CET on
Wednesday, 28 October 2026.

The  Company  remains  in  dialogue  with  its lenders and relevant stakeholders
regarding  its  financing  position  and  will  provide  a  further  update when
appropriate.
