Oslo, 10 March 2021. Reference is made to the stock exchange notices from Kalera
AS ("Kalera" or the "Company", ticker code "KAL") published on 24 February 2021
regarding (i) the share capital increase in connection with the successfully
completed NOK 262 million private placement in the Company (the "Private
Placement"), and (ii) the Company's acquisition of Vindara Inc. ("Vindara").

The share capital increase related to the Private Placement has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret). Following such registration, the new share capital of the
Company is NOK 1,667,742.39 divided into 166,774,239 shares, each with a par
value of NOK 0.01. 

Further, as part of Kalera's acquisition of Vindara, a subsidiary of Kalera has
issued shares to certain third parties that are exchangeable into 2,084,087 new
shares in Kalera. Hence, there will be issued 2,084,087 new shares in Kalera at
a later point.
