Orlando, Florida, 28 June 2022 - The extraordinary general meeting of Kalera
S.A. (the "Company") (Euronext Growth Oslo: KAL) to approve the proposed
business combination with Agrico Acquisition Corp. and certain related matters
(the "Kalera Special Meeting") was concluded today, 28 June 2022. 

The business combination transaction, together with the other matters on the
agenda were approved. The minutes from the Kalera Special Meeting is attached to

The last day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo was
yesterday, 27 June 2022, and it is expected that the first day of trading in the
shares of Kalera Public Limited Company on Nasdaq will be tomorrow, 29 June
2022.
