Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Klaveness
Combination Carriers ASA ("KCC") on 23 May 2023 regarding the successful
completion of a private placement of 7,857,143 new shares (the "Private
Placement"), bringing the total number of outstanding shares in KCC to
60,229,143 shares.

EGD Shipping Invest AS did not participate in the Private Placement and continue
to hold 5,805,128 shares in KCC, equal to approx. 11.08% of the total votes and
shares outstanding prior to registration of the new shares issued in the Private
Placement. In addition, the parent company of EGD Shipping Invest AS, EGD
Shipholding AS, holds 55,691 warrants, each with a right to subscribe for one
share in KCC, corresponding to 0.11% of the current total number of votes and
shares, not taking into account the dilutive effect of the warrants. The
consolidated ownership of shares and warrants of EGD Shipholding AS and EGD
Shipping Invest AS in KCC prior to registration of the new shares issued in the
Private Placement consequently corresponds to approx. 11.19%.

Following registration of the new shares issued in connection with the Private
Placement, EGD Shipping Invest AS' holding of shares in KCC will equal approx.
9.64% of the total votes and shares in KCC, and EGD Shipholding AS' holding of
warrants will correspond to 0.09% of the total number of votes and shares in
KCC, not taking into account the dilutive effect of the warrants. The
consolidated ownership of shares and warrants of EGD Shipholding AS and EGD
Shipping Invest AS in KCC following registration of the new shares issued in
connection with the Private Placement consequently corresponds to approx. 9.73%.
