Reference is made to the announcements on 3 July 2024 and 4 July 2024, whereby
KMC Properties ASA ("KMC Properties" or the "Company") announced information
relating to dividend payments.

Logistea AB (publ) ("Logistea") has acquired all shares in KMC Properties HoldCo
AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KMC Properties, and thereby acquired all of the
operations in the KMC Properties group, with payment in newly issued shares in
Logistea (the "Consideration Shares") to KMC Properties.

Consideration Shares with a value of in total NOK 2,665,000,000 (the "First
Distribution Shares") shall be distributed to the Company's shareholders in July
2024 and the remaining Logistea shares then held by KMC Properties (the "Second
Distribution Shares") will be distributed in late Q3 or early Q4 2024.

The First Distribution Shares consists of a total of 10,991,854 A-shares and
145,015,714 B-shares in Logistea and are being distributed based on KMC
Properties' shareholder records as of 5 July 2024 (as registered in Euronext
Securities Oslo ("VPS") on 9 July 2024). 

A total of 10,204,135 A-shares and 134,617,357 B-shares in Logistea are being
distributed as dividend in kind on 18 and 19 July 2024 to eligible KMC
Properties shareholders who have requested receipt of the First Distribution
Shares on a Swedish deposit account.

The remaining First Distribution Shares, amounting to 787,719 A-shares and
10,398,357 B-shares in Logistea, will be distributed as Norwegian Depository
Receipts ("NDRs"). Eligible shareholders in KMC Properties receiving NDRs
representing their First Distribution Shares are expected to receive their NDRs
by the end of July 2024.
