Reference is made to the announcements by KMC Properties ASA (the "Company") on
31 March 2023 and 19 April 2023 regarding the acquisition of four properties
from BEWI ASA ("BEWI"), and issuance of 20,235,931 new shares in the Company
(the "Consideration Shares") to BEWI as part settlement of the acquisitions.
On 31 May 2023, BEWI received the Consideration Shares and passed the 5 per cent
threshold in the Company. Following the transaction BEWI holds 28,807,359 shares
in the Company, corresponding to approximately 8.4 per cent of the issued share
capital and votes.
