Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement 12 January 2021, regarding
a potential new subordinated tier 2 bond issue.
Komplett Bank ASA ("the Bank") has today issued a new tier 2 subordinated bond
of NOK 65 million, with a floating rate coupon. The coupon is equal to 3 months
Nibor + 5.0 percentage points. The settlement date will be 3 March 2021.
The tier 2 subordinated bond is callable, with the first call option after 5
years. The bond will be used to redeem the tier 2 subordinated bond issue with
ISIN NO0010757768, ticker KOMP02 PRO, and will be included as tier 2 capital in
the Bank's capital adequacy. Listing of the new tier 2 bond will be sought on
Nordic ABM.
In conjunction with the new bond issue, Komplett Bank ASA will buy back NOK 23.2
million of the outstanding tier 2 bond issue ISIN NO0010757768, ticker KOMP02
PRO, which will be settled 3 March 2021.
The new tier 2 bond issue was authorised by the General Assembly of Komplett
Bank ASA on 25 March 2020.
