Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (the
"Company" and together with its consolidated subsidiaries, the "Group") on 4
June 2025 about the successfully placed EUR 100 million senior unsecured bond
due 17 June 2030 (the "New Bonds").
On 9 October 2025, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved a
prospectus prepared by the Company in connection with the application for
admission to trading and listing of the New Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs.
