Link Mobility Group Holding är verksamma inom teknikbranschen. Bolaget är specialiserade inom utveckling av mobilkommunikation. Oslo, 27 October 2023: Reference is made to the announcements by LINK Mobility
Group Holding ASA ("LINK Mobility" or the "Company") on 21 October 2020
regarding the Company's RSU program.

In accordance with the vesting plan for the Company's RSU program, 30% of the
RSUs granted under the RSU program shall be exercisable into shares upon the
third anniversary of the Company's listing. Participants in the RSU program have
on 27 October 2023 exercised a total of 1,125,628 RSUs, resulting in a net
settlement of a total of 909,110 new shares to be issued by the Company. Other
than the nominal value of the shares, no payment is required by the RSU holder
upon exercise. No outstanding RSUs remain under the RSU program following the
third and last exercise.

Following the RSU exercise, the Board of Directors have pursuant to
authorization granted by the Company's Annual General Meeting 31 May 2023,
resolved to increase the Company's share capital with up to NOK 4,545.550 by
issuing up to 909,110 new shares, each with a nominal value NOK 0.005.

Following the share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK
1,484,870.540 divided into 296,974,108 shares.

Exercise of RSUs by primary insiders

Thomas Berge, CEO of the Company, has exercised 263,633 RSUs, corresponding to a
net settlement of 123,908 shares.

Morten Løken Edvardsen, CFO of the Company, has exercised 5,114 RSUs,
corresponding to a net settlement of 2,864 shares.
