LINK Mobility - LINK acquires Spanish company Interactive

(Oslo, 11 September 2026) - LINK Mobility ("LINK") has acquired Interactive 3G
S.L. ("Interactive"), a Spanish provider of mobile messaging services
headquartered in Madrid.
Through the acquisition, LINK gains access to Interactive's strong enterprise
customer base, creating additional commercial opportunities within an attractive
enterprise customer segment in Spain. Interactive has demonstrated strong growth
in recent years and is expected to achieve gross profit and adjusted EBITDA CAGR
of 24% and 36%, respectively, over the 2023-2026 period. Following the
acquisition, LINK's estimated market share in the Spanish A2P SMS market will be
20%, further strengthening its position as one of the leading providers in the
market.
LINK has acquired Interactive for a purchase price of EUR 2.4 million, with an
additional earn-out of up to EUR 0.3 million contingent upon financial
performance in 2026. The transaction corresponds to an EV/LTM adjusted EBITDA
multiple of approximately 5.0x excluding earn-out.
LINK expects to realize COGS and OPEX synergies following the acquisition. The
transaction is expected to benefit from LINK's favorable supplier agreements in
Spain and Portugal, while most operational and administrative functions are
expected to be absorbed by LINK's existing Spanish organization.
