LINK Mobility - Resignation of CFO

(Oslo, 28 August 2026) - LINK Mobility announces that Chief Financial Officer
Morten Edvardsen has decided to leave the company for an external opportunity in
another sector.

Edvardsen has served as CFO since May 2022 and has been with LINK since 2018. He
will remain in his role until his successor takes office, or until February 2027
at the latest. Morten will ensure and support a smooth handover to his
successor. The process of recruiting a new CFO will be initiated.
