In reference to our previous exchange notices dated June 26, 2024, and September
4, 2024, Lokotech Group AS is updating the market on the adjusted timeline for
the tapeout of our commercial-scale Scrypt and AI ASIC.
The tapeout, initially scheduled for late October 2024, has been rescheduled due
to the previous events outlined in the September 4 notice. We are pleased to
announce that our ASIC design team is now operating at full capacity.
Lokotech remains committed to delivering the world's most efficient Scrypt ASIC.
We will issue a separate announcement when the tapeout begins.
