With reference to stock exchange announcement on 28.05.2024
The board in Powerpool Mining Sl., owned 66,65% by Lokotech Group AS, held a
board meeting today planning the dividend scheme for 2024.
The board decided to pursue a bi-monthly dividend, retaining sufficient working
capital in the subsidiary to self-fund growth initiatives. As of now, this
retainment is planned to be ~20% of net revenues. The dividend will be
transferred and reported end of july, end september and end november
If there are no significant changes in the market situation on hashrate price,
which takes into account the cryptocurrency prices and the competing hashrate,
or changes in Powerpools hashrate - which at all times are available at
www.powerpool.io - as well as the overall market share of Powerpool, the
dividends should be in-line with historic performance.
