Lumi Education Group AS - Revised timing of trading update

Oslo, 29 October 2026 - Reference is made to the half-year report for 2026
published on 27 August 2026, in which Lumi Education Group AS ("Lumi" or the
"Company") announced that it would publish a trading update in October 2026.
The Company awaits market data from public sources that is expected to provide
further context on the autumn student intake and on how the market developed
through the period. As publication of this data has been delayed, the trading
update will be published in week 45.
