Reference is made to the Q2 2022 report and the announcement of the post-Covid
market set-back in the private candidate market, creating a potential risk of
breaching the leverage covenant for the coming quarters. Lumi Gruppen can now
announce that an agreement has been reached with the bank (Nordea) that will
allow for a headroom for the coming school year 2022/2023.
The new financing terms are as follows:
- Waiver for the leverage covenant in Q3 and Q4 2022
- New leverage (NIBD/EBITDA) covenant for Q1 2023 of 4.0 and for Q2 2023 of 5.0
- Allowable adjustment of EBITDA of up to 30%
- No amortization the next 12 months
