The Annual General Meeting in Lumi Gruppen AS, held 26 April 2021 at 10 am,
approved the board proposal of distributing a dividend of NOK 1.0 per. share.
The shares in Lumi Gruppen AS will be traded without the right to receive
dividend as from 27 April 2022 (ex-date). The dividend will be distributed to
the shareholders on or about 5 May 2022.
This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5
