Lumi Gruppen is pleased to announce the appointment of Madelene Stolpe as
Managing Director of Sonans, effective from January 2026.
Ms Stolpe joins Sonans from her position as Senior Vice President of Business
Improvement at Altera Infrastructure, where she has led significant digital and
operational transformation initiatives since June 2021. Prior to this, she
served as Chief Information Officer and held senior leadership roles in strategy
and digitalisation for the City of Oslo.
With a strong track record in business improvement and innovation, Ms Stolpe
brings extensive experience and leadership capabilities that will be
instrumental in guiding Sonans through its next phase of growth and development.
