Oslo, 29 May 2024: Lumi Gruppen AS ("Lumi" or the "Company") today announces
that Erik Brandt has chosen to step down from his position as CEO of the Company
as of August 2024. Lumi is deeply grateful for Brandt's significant
contributions over more than a decade as CEO. He will serve as a senior advisor
to the Company from August until year end.

The CEO stepping down, Erik Brandt, said: "After careful consideration I have
decided to step down as CEO of Lumi Gruppen. It has been a privilege to lead
this company over the past 10 years. I want to express my gratitude to our
employees, shareholders, and partners for their support and trust. I will work
closely with the board and the executive team to ensure a smooth transition and
support the company during this period of change."

The Company is delighted to announce that Nina Vesterby is appointed as the
Company's next CEO. Vesterby will step into the position in August 2024.

Nina Vesterby comes from the position as CEO of Story House Egmont AS, and is a
Norwegian national. During her five years in Egmont she also held board
positions in other companies, such as in Markedspartner, Norsk Presseforbund,
MBL, s360 and Garnius. Before Egmont, she was a CEO in the telecom industry.
Nina holds a master's degree in business administration and management from the
Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a bachelor's degree from BI Norwegian
Business School.

Chair of the board of Lumi, Rob Woodward, said: "Following an extensive search
process, the board is pleased to announce its decision to appoint Nina Vesterby
as the CEO of the company. Nina has proven leadership experience in the
telecom-, media-, and technology-markets, and the board is confident that she
will drive the company's strategic vision to deliver growth, generate value for
shareholders, and maintain the highest quality student experience."

Nina Vesterby said: "I am delighted to be joining the talented team and the
strong brands in Lumi Gruppen who deliver high quality education and are well
positioned for future growth. I believe my background, experience in growth and
digital transformation, will be add to future growth prospects, and I am excited
to be joining the team in August."
