LUMI GRUPPEN AS: KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO RIGHTS ISSUE

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Lumi Gruppen AS (the
"Company") earlier today, on 16 October 2023, regarding a contemplated fully
underwritten rights issue in the Company raising gross proceeds of NOK 53
million (the "Rights Issue"). Key information relating to the Rights Issue is
set out below: 

Date on which the terms of the preferential rights issue were announced: 16
October 2023

Last day including right: 31 October 2023

Ex-date: 1 November 2023

Record Date: 2 November 2023

Date of approval: 31 October 2023

Maximum number of new shares: 5,435,898 

Subscription price: 9.75

Ratio preferential rights: Each existing shareholder as of 31 October 2023 and
being registered as such in VPS as at the expiry of 2 November 2023 (the Record
Date) will be granted 0.09840255 subscription rights for each share registered
as held by the shareholder. The number of subscription rights granted to each
existing shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest whole subscription
right.

Subscription ratio: 1:1 (number of new shares per subscription right)

Managers: ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Nordea Bank abp, filial i Norge

Listing: The Company will apply for listing of the subscription rights on
Euronext Growth Oslo
