An Extraordinary General Meeting of Lumi Gruppen AS was held at 10:00 hours
(CET) today, 16 March 2023 at the Company's offices at Sandakerveien 116, 0484
Oslo.
All items on the agenda were resolved in accordance with the Board of Directors'
proposals as set out in the calling notice attached to the stock exchange
announcement published on 9 March 2023.
